- AI Services: Project descriptions may be processed by AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate quotes. No personal contact information is sent to AI providers.

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing (BCrypt), JWT-based authentication, and role-based access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.

- Account data is retained for the duration of your account and a reasonable period thereafter.
- Anonymous chat sessions are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
- Payment records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The ca_session_id cookie is used to maintain your chat session with our AI quote agent and expires after 90 days.
